California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) opt-out
California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Yippie Golf extends this option to all users, regardless of location.
What we mean by "sale" or "sharing"
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the CCPA defines "sale" and "sharing" broadly to include disclosure of identifiers to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under this definition, Yippie shares the following with attribution and analytics partners (AppsFlyer, TikTok, Firebase Analytics) for the purpose of measuring ad performance and improving the product:
- Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, advertising ID)
- App install and event data
- Coarse location (derived from IP)
We do not share your email, name, swing videos, pose data, or practice history with third parties for advertising.
