1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yippie Golf ("Yippie," "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yippie provides AI-powered golf swing analysis, coaching feedback, and training recommendations. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for recreational and training purposes only. Yippie is not a substitute for professional golf instruction.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Yippie offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store at $9.99/month or $59.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all swing videos and data you create within the App. By using Yippie, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing swing analysis and improving our algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yippie is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from following coaching recommendations provided by the App. Always consult with a qualified golf professional for personalized instruction.
